Order

Can I pick-up the order myself? 

No, currently it is not possible to come and pick-up an order yourself. 

Shipping

Why is the shipping cost so high?

The price is high due to the nature of the products, glass bottles are fragile and need to be shipped in special boxes to protect them during transit. Additionally, it is mandatory to perform a ID check upon receiving the package. For this, PostNL charges an additional service fee.

My order has been damaged, what can I do?
